COVID-19 Update

We have greatly missed seeing all of you over the last several weeks and we are anxious to get back to doing what we love, making you look and feel great!

The Stay-at-Home order for the Tri-County area will extend through midnight on May 8, therefore we will be receiving the first clients for services May 9. However, some of our staff have made the decision to wait a while before returning to work. In addition, due to social distancing and capacity restrictions we are limited to the number of stylists that will be available at any given time.

Although you are welcome to call the salon, please know that technicians will be contacting all clientele to re-schedule and schedule new appointments in the beginning as appointments from March and April are still being moved up.

In order to keep all staff and guests safe and healthy we have new mandated protocols that we must follow. Also, in order to service as many clients as possible we must also have in place new guidelines so as to not be in violation of state orders.

All services are by appointment only. No walk-in appointments at this time.

Until restrictions change we will have no waiting area and no processing area.

No additional guests are to accompany the single client receiving services. ie: children, friends, spouses

When you arrive for your scheduled appointment please call us from your car at 303-694-4717. We will advise you as to if your technician is ready for you. 

Half of our staff will work in our Zoe Salon space and half will be working from the Zoe Loft space directly above us on the second level of the building.

All staff and guests must arrive wearing their own mask and must leave it in place until leaving the premises.

All staff and guests need to maintain a distance of 6 feet minimum when not receiving a service.

All staff and guests must wash hands immediately upon arrival. (per CDC 20 seconds minimum)

All staff and guests will receive a health screening and temperature check upon arrival.

As always, if you or anyone that you have been in contact with in the last 14 days are experiencing any symptoms please re-schedule your appointment. These would include but are not limited to fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, loss of smell/taste, gastrointestinal issues, cold/flu symptoms, muscle aches/pains

If you have been traveling in the last 14 days, we kindly ask you to reschedule.

We will have no beverage service at this time. You may bring a beverage in with you.

Please leave all unnecessary items at home.

No cash transactions or change for large bills at this time. 

We are not able to provide an service that requires you to remove your mask such as beard/mustache trim, lip wax, nose wax, chin wax facial services

Please only touch retail items in the salon that you are going to purchase. 

 If you need a mask, the tailor next door to the salon has washable masks for sale for $10-$15. Contact June Kim at 303-931-3116 to purchase.
