Reservations are preferred, though not always necessary.
We do recommend that you always schedule your next appointment
prior to leaving
in order to guarantee availability.
Arrival: Please
arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to check in,
change and begin your service. Lockers are available
to secure your belongings.
Cancellations:
24 hour cancellation notice is needed to avoid a
50% service fee.
Group Bookings:
A 50% percent deposit is required on all groups
and packages.
Failure to cancel any of your services within 48 hours
will forfeit this deposit.
Thank you for your understanding.
Children: To
ensure the highest quality of service and relaxation for everyone,
please bring children in only when they are receiving
services.
Staff:
Our well trained staff is pleased to have clients
work with any of their
fellow team members.
Environment:
For your comfort and well being, smoking is not
permitted on spa grounds.

Series: Most
services are more beneficial when performed on a regular basis.

About Us
Zoe Salon and spa was established in 1982
by Zoe Traphangan, master stylist and husband Joe Traphagan joining
forces in defining their vision of high standards and excellence not
often seen in the world of salon services.
Our
present upscale location boast 3700 square feet utilized by
more than 17 stylists, 3 manicurist, 2 massage therapists and an esthetician.
From the moment you walk inside, an aura of calmness and restful ambience
beckon you further. There is a private room, a quiet area with elegant
furnishing, subtle lighting and a very cozy and intimate feel, where
clients may rest privately between treatments.
We strongly emphasize continuing education. All of our employees are required to attend specific courses annually. We bring in guest artists and educators to keep up with the newest trends and techniques, as well as sending our top stylists to advance training throughout the U.S. We travel world-wide to keep up with the latest industry methodologies to pass on to our staff.
We have a system of tiers of excellence with corresponding pricing, so clients know in advance the degree of skill they are getting and how it affects the total cost of services.
Zoe Salon and Spa is also well-known in this close-knit community for our charitable involvement with many local organization, including area schools. All our employees generously donate their time energy and talent. Giving back to the community is very important to all of us as a group.
